Occupational Therapist School Setting - Wittmann, AZ

A rewarding opportunity awaits for a skilled Occupational Therapist seeking a contract position within a supportive educational setting. Starting July 30, 2026 and extending through May 20, 2027, this role focuses on delivering dedicated therapy to a caseload of 35-40 students, all at a single campus near Wittmann, AZ. You’ll play a vital part in helping children achieve greater success in their learning and daily activities.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Arizona
• Previous experience with pediatric or school-based OT preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to build rapport with students, families, and school staff
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to student progress

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy assessments and treatments as outlined in IEPs
• Develop individualized therapy plans to address students’ needs
• Work closely with teachers and other staff to support inclusive learning environments
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting according to school guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights for student goal setting
• Engage with families to support carryover of therapy strategies at home
