Desired Experience & Skills:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license for Washington State
- Experience delivering OT services in schools, home health, and teletherapy settings
- Strong collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to tailor therapy goals and interventions to meet diverse student needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Creative problem-solving and organizational strengths
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students to identify functional needs in fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and adaptive skills
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and monitor student progress
- Work closely with educators and families to support student achievement and access to the curriculum
- Provide services both in-person and via teletherapy to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and related school-based activities
