Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current, valid OT license in California
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to assess and develop individualized plans for students

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support educational goals
  • Document progress and maintain accurate student records
  • Provide direct therapy and consultative support in classroom and individual settings
  • Actively participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
