Desired Qualifications:

• Current ASHA certification
• Valid Colorado SLP license
• Proven experience in school-based occupational therapy
• Skilled in both fine and gross motor skill assessment and intervention
• Comfortable providing direct therapy and collaborating with COTAs
• Expertise in teletherapy service delivery strongly preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services individually and in small groups, tailored to students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Design and implement therapy plans addressing fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive function
• Provide teletherapy as appropriate, utilizing current best practices and digital platforms
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and related service providers to support comprehensive student care
• Document student progress, maintain thorough records, and participate in IEP meetings and parent consultations
• Mentor and guide Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as part of an integrated support team
