Put your expertise to work supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school grade levels as a contract Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a dynamic, full-time onsite opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated educational team in the Longview, WA community, serving a diverse student population with a wide range of mild to severe disabilities.

You’ll provide essential OT interventions that help students access their learning, enhancing their functional independence and participation in school life. Both virtual (Zoom) and in-person interviews are available for your convenience, so you can connect with the hiring team in the way that works best for you.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid Washington State Occupational Therapist license/certification (required)
  • Previous experience working in K-12 educational settings is preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP development and school-based documentation procedures
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Compassion, adaptability, and a genuine passion for working with children and adolescents
  • Comfortable providing services to students with a spectrum of disabilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students across all grade levels
  • Consult and collaborate closely with teachers, educational staff, and families
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Adapt and modify classroom activities and environments to promote student success
