We're seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to make a meaningful difference in the lives of elementary, middle, and high school students for the 2026-2027 school year. Based on-site, this full-time contract role will have you collaborating with dedicated educators and teams to foster student success across a range of abilities and needs.

What You Bring:

  • Current Washington State Occupational Therapy License (Dept. of Health)
  • Valid Washington State OSPI ESA license with OT endorsement (must be fully licensed)
  • Experience or passion for working with school-aged children, grades K-12
  • Comfort supporting students with a variety of disabilities (mild to severe)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to flexibility, reliability, and culturally responsive practice

Your Day-to-Day Impact:

  • Delivering direct occupational therapy services to a diverse student population
  • Developing, implementing, and updating IEP goals related to OT
  • Participating in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contributing insights for comprehensive planning
  • Collaborating with teachers, aides, and families to support individualized learning and inclusion
  • Assessing student needs, documenting progress, and maintaining compliance with state and federal requirements
  • Providing consultative services and training for school staff
