Based on-site, this full-time contract role will have you collaborating with dedicated educators and teams to foster student success across a range of abilities and needs.
What You Bring:
- Current Washington State Occupational Therapy License (Dept. of Health)
- Valid Washington State OSPI ESA license with OT endorsement (must be fully licensed)
- Experience or passion for working with school-aged children, grades K-12
- Comfort supporting students with a variety of disabilities (mild to severe)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Commitment to flexibility, reliability, and culturally responsive practice
Your Day-to-Day Impact:
- Delivering direct occupational therapy services to a diverse student population
- Developing, implementing, and updating IEP goals related to OT
- Participating in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contributing insights for comprehensive planning
- Collaborating with teachers, aides, and families to support individualized learning and inclusion
- Assessing student needs, documenting progress, and maintaining compliance with state and federal requirements
- Providing consultative services and training for school staff
