Occupational Therapist School Setting - Woodstock, VT

Qualifications & Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Vermont (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred
• Strong familiarity with pediatric occupational therapy techniques and interventions
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, adaptable to varied caseloads

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as indicated through IEPs
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Document intervention and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies
• Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success and classroom participation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise on adaptive strategies and accommodations
• Manage a flexible caseload across 40 hours per week during the school calendar
