Key Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure
  • Prior experience in school settings or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for students
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
  • Reliable, flexible, and compassionate approach to supporting students with diverse needs

Responsibilities:

  • Manage OT services for a high-needs caseload, providing targeted interventions in accordance with students’ IEPs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster optimal student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation on student goals and progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for classroom adaptations
  • Attend ongoing safety care training to ensure best practices in supporting students
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and safe school culture
