Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist or COTA in Michigan
- Previous experience in a school setting or with K-12 students preferred

- Understanding of special education practices and IEP processes
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students in accordance with IEPs
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student participation in classroom activities
- Keep thorough documentation of services provided and student progress
- Communicate proactively with parents or guardians about therapy plans and progress
- Support teams in implementing accommodations, modifications, and interventions to boost student success
