Qualifications & Desired Experience

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in Michigan (or eligibility)
  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred
  • Ability to assess and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students Pre-K through high school
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support academic goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and create progress reports
  • Develop and implement therapeutic intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
