Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active OT license (or eligibility) in Nevada
• Previous experience in school-based, home health, or teletherapy OT is highly valued
• Comfortable managing caseloads of approximately 55-60 students
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Flexibility to work with both elementary and secondary age groups

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality OT services across multiple settings, including schools and teletherapy
• Assess, create, and implement individualized treatment plans for a diverse student population
• Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document progress and maintain compliance with school and healthcare standards
• Adjust to varying school hours:
  • Elementary: 8:30 am – 3:15 pm
  • Secondary: 7:30 am – 2:15 pm
