Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license (Michigan State)
- Demonstrated experience with schools, home health, teletherapy, and healthcare OT
- Previous experience supporting individuals in ASD programs or equivalent
- Knowledge of IEP processes and goal setting
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt interventions to virtual and in-person settings as needed

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized OT services to students with ASD, both in-person and virtually

- Monitor, document, and report on student outcomes and therapy effectiveness
