With a manageable caseload of about 25 students, you’ll primarily serve at an elementary campus, offering your expertise district-wide and directly impacting student growth and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Hold an active Michigan Occupational Therapist license
  • Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
  • School-based experience is a plus, though not required—new graduates are welcome to apply
  • Skilled in evaluating and treating a school-aged pediatric caseload
  • Collaborative approach to working with teachers, parents, and student support teams

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students, addressing fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote student participation and success
  • Collaborate with school staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities
  • Document assessments, services provided, and student progress in accordance with school policies
  • Engage in IEP meetings and share recommendations to help students thrive academically and socially
