Desired Qualifications:
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Proven experience in school-based OT, healthcare, and/or home health OT roles
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Flexibility and a passion for travel and new work environments
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in both elementary and high school settings (1.25 at Brick Elementary and 1.0 at High School)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student success and independence
- Collaborate with educational teams to support IEPs and classroom integration
- Document progress and maintain compliance with school district guidelines
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and family consultations
