Desired Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Proven experience in school-based OT, healthcare, and/or home health OT roles
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students in both elementary and high school settings (1.25 at Brick Elementary and 1.0 at High School)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student success and independence
• Collaborate with educational teams to support IEPs and classroom integration
• Document progress and maintain compliance with school district guidelines
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and family consultations
