Qualifications:
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapy License is current and required
- IVP Fingerprint Card is required and valid
- Previous experience or strong interest in school-based OT services preferred
- Solid communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to various age groups and developmental levels
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site occupational therapy assessments and interventions for PreK-8th grade students, based on individualized needs
- Collaborate with teachers and educational teams to develop therapy plans that support student participation, access, and functional independence
- Regularly document student progress, contributing to IEPs and maintaining compliance with school and state standards
- Provide training, support, and consultation for staff and families
- Manage scheduling and caseload responsibilities in a school setting
