Essential Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapy License (must be maintained current)
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (required for school-based positions)
• Previous pediatric/school OT experience preferred, though not mandatory
• Ability to work onsite in a school setting for the entirety of the assignment
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions to a PreK–8th grade caseload (caseload details provided upon placement)
• Develop tailored therapy plans in consultation with educators and families
• Documentation and progress tracking in accordance with state and school guidelines
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure student success
• Maintain compliance with Arizona school and OT licensing requirements
