Essential Qualifications:
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapy License (must be maintained current)
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (required for school-based positions)
- Previous pediatric/school OT experience preferred, though not mandatory
- Ability to work onsite in a school setting for the entirety of the assignment
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions to a PreK–8th grade caseload (caseload details provided upon placement)
- Develop tailored therapy plans in consultation with educators and families
- Documentation and progress tracking in accordance with state and school guidelines
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure student success
- Maintain compliance with Arizona school and OT licensing requirements
