Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or similar role in educational settings
- Ability to build rapport with students and staff from diverse backgrounds
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for supporting student growth
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
- Provide 1:1 or small group support to students, reinforcing learning concepts

- Support students with special needs, adapting materials and classroom strategies as needed
- Monitor student progress and actively communicate observations to teaching staff
