A K-12 Paraprofessional position is available in the Cleveland, OH area, offering a full-time contract role with 32-35 hours per week. This role supports classroom teachers by providing instructional assistance and helping students with diverse learning needs in a school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom management and instructional activities
• Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts
• Help with organization of classroom materials and tasks
• Monitor student behavior and provide guidance as needed
• Collaborate with educators to implement individualized educational plans (IEPs)

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or working with children in an educational setting preferred
