Responsibilities:

• Support classroom instruction under the guidance of certified teachers
• Assist students individually or in small groups, adapting support according to specific learning or behavioral needs
• Help maintain a safe and engaging environment throughout the school day
• Monitor and encourage student participation, progress, and social development
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for all learners
• Contribute to a collaborative team approach for holistic student support
