Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous paraprofessional or instructional aide experience preferred
• Enthusiasm for working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve effectively, and remain patient in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in special education settings is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with classroom instruction, behavior management, and daily routines
• Support students individually or in small groups under teacher direction
• Help implement IEP accommodations and modifications
• Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment
• Collaborate with staff to develop student-centered strategies
• Ensure student safety and follow school policies at all times
