Multiple positions are available, allowing you to work closely with children across a range of ages and abilities, from early learners in elementary to teens in high school. You’ll be placed within engaging resource rooms, offering essential guidance to students who benefit from additional support throughout their academic journey.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or teacher’s assistant in an educational environment is desirable
• Comfortable working with students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Ability to assist with individualized learning plans and instructional support
• Strong communication, patience, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with supporting students with diverse learning needs

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with certified teachers to provide instructional assistance
• Support classroom activities and help manage behavior, ensuring a positive learning atmosphere
• Aid in the care, supervision, and engagement of students in resource room settings
• Implement modifications and accommodations as directed
• Foster a respectful, inclusive, and encouraging classroom culture
• Assist with documentation and progress tracking for students receiving additional support
