We are seeking Paraprofessionals for K–12 school-based opportunities in Allentown, PA. These are W-2 positions offering competitive pay, full benefits, 401(k) matching, and ongoing support throughout your assignment.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting students academically, socially, and behaviorally throughout the school day
Assisting teachers with classroom activities and instructional support

Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and school staff
Maintaining accurate student records and documentation as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s degree or paraprofessional certification preferred
Previous school-based, childcare, or youth support experience preferred
Experience supporting students with special needs or behavioral challenges is a plus
Ability to pass state and district hiring requirements
