Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to join a supportive school district in Allentown, Pennsylvania for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a great opportunity to work closely with students and educators while making a meaningful impact in the classroom.

Position Details:

Full-time, onsite position
2026–2027 school year
School setting: Elementary, middle, or high school (placement based on experience)
Provide classroom support to teachers and assist students with daily academic and behavioral needs

Responsibilities:

Support students with instruction and classroom activities
Assist with behavior management and redirection
Work one-on-one or in small groups with students
Help implement IEP accommodations and modifications
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and staff

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs
