Key Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional or classroom aide preferred
• Ability to adapt to diverse classroom settings and work collaboratively with different teaching teams

• Flexibility to travel between campuses as needed in the school day
• Energetic, patient, and dedicated to helping students with varying learning needs

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans and supporting instructional activities
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to reinforce learning objectives

• Assist with behavioral management plans under teacher guidance
• Adapt quickly to the needs of different classrooms across the three assigned campuses
• Support students with personal, social, or physical tasks as necessary
