This contract, full-time opportunity is seeking multiple Paras/Instructional Assistants who can provide essential support to students and staff in the upcoming academic year. Qualifications:

• Prior experience working as a Paraprofessional or similar support role in a school setting
• Availability for full-time hours
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with educators and support diverse student needs
• Experience managing behavioral needs is highly valued
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility and dedication to supporting student success

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in classroom activities and facilitate individual or group support for students
• Support students with instructional assignments, transitions, and social interactions
• Help implement behavioral management strategies in collaboration with instructional staff
• Provide one-on-one assistance to students as needed
• Foster a positive and respectful learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers and other school professionals to monitor and document student progress
