Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and students

• Experience with behavioral support or ESY programs is a plus
• Capability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom and one-on-one assistance to students as directed by lead teachers or supervising staff
• Support students with special needs, adapting materials and instructional strategies as needed
• Assist in creating a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
• Help prepare and organize educational materials or classroom activities
• Monitor student progress and behavior, documenting observations as required
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and relevant training sessions
