Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in education or a related field preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support to students as directed by teachers or specialists

• Implement and reinforce individualized behavior intervention plans
• Offer positive encouragement and redirect students in accordance with established strategies
• Monitor and document student progress, sharing observations with the instructional team
