Seeking experienced paraprofessionals to support middle school students in a dynamic academic environment on a contract basis. Multiple roles are available across several school sites, with opportunities for highly-qualified candidates to transition to direct hire after a 90-day assignment. Key Qualifications:

• Must be highly qualified by ONE of the following:
  • Pass the MN Board Highly Qualified Para Exam (Para Educator Exam)
  • OR possess at least 60 college credits (official college transcripts required; degrees alone do not suffice)
• Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting preferred
• Willingness to assist with toileting and provide comprehensive support to students
• Reliable, collaborative, and able to adapt to different school team cultures
• Ability to commit to a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday (32.5 hours per week)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to middle school students across a range of classroom and learning environments
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to reinforce lesson plans, implement accommodations, and help meet individual student needs
• Assist with personal care needs (including toileting)
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for students
• Document interactions and activities in accordance with school and district policies
