Work weekdays from 7:45 am to 2:45 pm, joining a dedicated team focused on student success from September 8, 2026, through December 7, 2026. Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be highly qualified via one of the following:
  • Pass the Minnesota Para Educator Exam (documentation of passing score required)
  • Hold at least 60 verified college credits (official college transcripts required; diplomas/degree certificates do not suffice)
• Experience working with children or adolescents in school settings preferred
• Ability to support a diverse caseload of K-12 students in behavioral or specialized learning environments
• Team-oriented ethic and a proactive mindset
• Commitment to working the full contract period, Monday through Friday, during designated school hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom instruction under the direction of licensed educators
• Assist students with academic, behavioral, and social goals, both one-on-one and in small groups
• Help implement positive behavior interventions and maintain a supportive classroom atmosphere
• Document progress and communicate observations to the instructional team
• Collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive, safe learning environment
