Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must meet ONE of the following:
  • Pass the MN Board Highly Qualified Para Exam (MN Para Educator Exam)
  • Possess at least 60 college credits (official transcripts required)
• Submit a current resume and either a passing exam score or official transcripts. (Diplomas or degree pictures will not be accepted.)
• Demonstrate a strong dedication to supporting elementary students and collaborating with educators
• Committed to working 32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional and classroom support under teacher supervision
• Foster an engaging, positive learning environment for students
• Assist with educational materials, activities, and classroom management
• Adapt support techniques to meet individual student needs
