We are seeking four dedicated professionals to support students in a dynamic and inclusive school environment near Ann Arbor, MI. This contract position begins as soon as possible and continues through June 4, 2027, offering a full-time schedule that allows you to build skills and meaningful relationships with students and staff.

Ideal candidates are collaborative, adaptable, and ready to assist students and instructional teams both in and out of the classroom. Your prior experience working in schools will be valued as you create a positive impact within your new setting.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required (must be able to provide official transcript upon hire; candidates with transcript readily available may receive priority consideration)
• Previous school-based experience is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team supporting diverse learners
• Professionalism, dependability, and flexibility in adapting to classroom needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Support instructional activities for middle school students under the direction of teachers and specialists
• Foster a supportive and respectful learning environment
• Assist in implementing individual student goals and classroom routines
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with varying needs
• Document student progress and participate in developing instructional strategies
