What you bring:

• Highly qualified status, met by one of the following:
  • Passing score on the MN Para Educator Exam
  • At least 60 college credits, supported by official college transcripts
• Experience or strong interest in working as a paraprofessional in a school environment
• Flexibility to work with different team environments across various school sites
• Readiness to assist with all aspects of support, including toileting
• Strong communication skills and commitment to fostering positive student relationships
• Ability to map and select your preferred school site(s) based on provided options
• Resume and highly qualified documentation (transcript or passing test score) ready to present

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting instructional and behavioral needs under the guidance of teaching staff
• Helping implement individualized education plans and classroom strategies
• Providing encouragement, supervision, and assistance in academic and non-academic tasks
• Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and organized classroom environment
• Collaborating with faculty, staff, and other paraprofessionals to support student achievement

This full-time contract role runs approximately August 31, 2026, to November 29, 2026, and features a consistent Monday–Friday, 32.5 hour/week schedule. Successful candidates may be eligible for conversion to direct hire after 90 days. Compensation for this opportunity is $20 per hour.
