Teacher's Aide | Anoka, Minnesota

Make an immediate impact on early childhood education by supporting students ages 2½–3 in a center-based program. This contract opportunity offers hands-on experience working within a collaborative, student-focused environment. The role runs from September 8, 2026, to December 7, 2026, with consistent hours from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Desired Qualifications:

• Meet Highly Qualified Paraprofessional requirements (choose one): • Successful completion of the MN Para Educator Exam, or • At least 60 college credits with accompanying transcripts (diplomas or degrees cannot be substituted)
• Prior experience as a paraprofessional or working with young children, especially within schools or early learning settings, is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• Demonstrated reliability and a passion for helping young learners thrive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers and specialists in delivering individualized instruction and classroom activities
• Support children’s safety, engagement, and basic needs throughout the school day
• Adapt to daily routines and follow classroom management procedures
• Aid in documentation, observation, and communication with instructional staff
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
