Make a real difference in the classroom by serving as a Highly-Qualified Elementary Paraprofessional in a supportive educational environment on a contract basis. Multiple vacancies are available, allowing you to choose from several elementary school settings to match your interests and skills. This role requires individuals eager to foster student growth, provide classroom support, and collaborate closely with dedicated teams of educators.

Key Qualifications:

• Must be highly qualified by one of the following:
  • Pass the MN Para Educator Exam (attach official results)
  • OR have at least 60 college credits (official college transcripts required)
• Resume and proof of highly qualified status (transcript or exam results) must be included for consideration
• Prior paraprofessional experience in a school setting is highly desirable
• Enthusiastic about supporting elementary students across a range of classroom needs
• Able to map and commute to your prospective school site

Core Responsibilities:

• Work with teachers and specialized staff to support individual students and small groups
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and safe classroom environment
• Assist in implementing lesson plans, behavior interventions, and classroom routines
• Supervise students during transitions, lunch, and recess as assigned
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
