Instructional Aide in Anoka, MN

Exciting contract opportunities are available for experienced paraprofessionals eager to support students in a dynamic educational setting near Anoka, MN. These positions are instrumental in providing essential classroom assistance and fostering an inclusive, engaging learning environment for students with a variety of needs.

Six paraprofessional positions are open across resource and center-based programs within elementary and middle schools. Assignments will be determined based on school needs, so adaptability and willingness to work at different locations are essential. The roles are full-time, running through the 2026-2027 school year, offering a consistent weekly schedule of 33.75 hours.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

• At least one year of experience supporting K-12 students with special needs in school settings
• High school diploma or equivalent, plus one of the following:
  • Completion of a minimum of two years of college coursework (60+ semester credits)
  • Associate or higher degree
  • Passing score on an approved assessment (ParaPro Assessment: 455+, or ParaEducator Assessments: 65% Instructional Support/70% Knowledge and Application)

In these roles, you will:

• Assist teachers in instructional and non-instructional tasks
• Support students with individualized education plans in center-based and resource settings
