• Active Illinois Paraprofessional certification (required)
• Previous experience working as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role
• Background in behavioral support and/or familiarity with American Sign Language (ASL) is highly valued

• Reliability, patience, and the ability to adapt to the unique needs of individual students

Key responsibilities in this role include:

• Providing direct instructional support to students in both one-on-one and group settings
• Assisting in classroom management and implementing individualized educational or behavioral plans as directed by educators or specialists
