Key Qualifications:

• Experience working as a paraprofessional, especially in school settings
• Background or training in applied behavior analysis (ABA)
• Completion of CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training highly preferred
• Ability to implement behavioral intervention plans as directed by a BCBA
• Compassionate, patient, and flexible in meeting student needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students with varying behavioral and academic needs
• Implement and document strategies outlined in individual behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs, teachers, and school staff to promote student success
• Assist with classroom management and the creation of supportive routines
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations effectively
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
