Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated behavioral support background, preferably within educational settings
• Significant or severe caseload experience is strongly preferred
• Direct experience working with young adults who have disabilities
• Familiarity with communication devices is a plus
• Ability to secure two completed professional RefAssured references prior to submission (mandatory for consideration)
• Capable of immediate fingerprinting upon offer acceptance; note that any charges on your record (felony or misdemeanor) are grounds for rejection
• Reliable personal transportation that ensures timely arrival—public transit, Uber, or similar services do not meet requirements
• Must be able to report to work by 8:00am daily

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver behavioral and community-based support to students transitioning to adult life
• Assist with communication development, including use of augmentative communication devices
• Support students’ daily living needs, which may include toileting and diapering assistance
• Cultivate a safe, inclusive educational setting
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to ensure holistic support

This role offers a structured school-year calendar, running from August 11 through May 21, 2027, with a full-time weekly schedule.
