Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students in a vibrant educational environment! Three dedicated Paraprofessionals are needed for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. In this full-time position, you’ll play a key role helping students succeed, collaborating with passionate teachers and related service staff to create an inclusive and supportive classroom.

Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule, working Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a 30-minute lunch. Working hours are paid for 28 hours per week, stretching from mid-August through late May (with adjustments possible due to snow days).

Key Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional or in a support role within a school is highly valued
• Ability to effectively assist teachers and related service staff such as OT, PT, SLP, BCBA, and School Social Workers
• Comfortable providing supervision and assistance to students in both group and one-on-one settings
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing needs across the school year
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Enthusiasm for supporting students with diverse learning needs

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in the delivery of instruction and supervision within special education classrooms
• Provide individual and group support to students, following teacher and specialist guidance
• Implement adaptations and modifications as directed to ensure each student’s success
• Prepare learning materials to support instructional activities
• Maintain a positive and effective learning environment through collaboration and communication
