Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional in an educational setting, preferably supporting special education or related services
• Familiarity with virtual learning platforms and basic technology troubleshooting
• Patient, positive, and encouraging approach when working with students one-on-one
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate between the student and therapy professionals
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate confidentiality with sensitive student information

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and monitor virtual OT, PT, and SLP therapy sessions
• Support student engagement, helping them participate actively in each session
• Set up and operate necessary technical equipment, troubleshooting connection or access issues as needed
