Instructional Aide - Bath, ME

• Demonstrated reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional and behavioral support to students, individually or in small groups
• Assist teachers in preparing materials and organizing classroom activities
• Help maintain a safe, encouraging, and inclusive environment
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with staff to address student needs
• Support students with daily tasks, both academic and social
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations as needed
