Bring your dedication and passion for supporting students to a dynamic school environment as a paraprofessional. Full-time opportunities are available immediately, with contracts running through June 2027 and the possibility to extend for the ESY program next summer. You’ll play a meaningful role in a supportive and collaborative setting while making a lasting difference in students’ educational journeys.

Key Experience & Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting is highly valued
• Understanding of supporting students with special needs and implementing accommodations
• Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs), behavior plans, and student safety protocols
• Strong communication abilities to collaborate with teachers, clinicians, and administrative staff
• Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and clear boundaries
• Comfortable adapting to dynamic classroom and student needs
• Experience with NuView’s Ukeru, CBI, or de-escalation practices a plus

What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one support for your assigned student throughout the school day—including arrival, breakfast, classroom activities, lunch, recess, transitions, and dismissal
• Implement teacher-directed instructional support such as redirection, organization, and fostering student independence
• Enforce IEPs, behavior and safety plans, and established reinforcement or break systems
• Monitor student safety, peer interactions, and proactively address triggers or potential challenges
• Utilize emotional regulation strategies and request additional support when required
• Gather and report academic and behavioral data as needed, communicating observations to the teaching and clinical team
• Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Remain attentive to your student unless coverage is formally provided
