Exciting contract opportunities are available for dedicated Paraprofessionals, Behavior Aides, or Registered Behavior Technicians to support an all-boys behavioral center near Bedford, NH. This high-needs environment provides impactful work in a residential school setting, where strong commitment and reliability are highly valued. The center cares for a small group of 11-15 boys, ensuring a supportive staff-to-student ratio and an environment where each staff member’s presence truly matters.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience as a Paraprofessional, Behavior Aide, or RBT preferred
• Previous work with children or adolescents displaying high behavioral needs is a plus
• Willingness and ability to work consistent weekend and/or overnight shifts
• Strong attendance record and dependability—calling out last-minute can disrupt essential care
• Compassion, patience, and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to foster a safe, structured environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral and academic support to students
• Implement behavioral intervention strategies in accordance with individualized plans
• Support daily routines, safety protocols, and emotional regulation for students
• Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure seamless care and supervision
• Assist with documentation and communication regarding student progress and incidents

Shifts and Scheduling Highlights:

• One standard school shift available (7am-3pm)
• Overnight shifts (8pm-8am)
• Weekend shifts (Saturday 8am-10pm, Sunday based on candidate availability)
• Contract placement with rolling submissions for flexible start dates
