Classroom Aide | Bedford, New Hampshire

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students in an educational setting located near Bedford, NH. This position seeks dedicated professionals to provide direct assistance in a school environment, making a meaningful difference each day. The assignment will run from August 27, 2026, through June 16, 2027, with a consistent weekly schedule of 35 hours.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working with children or youth in an educational or care setting
• Skills as a paraprofessional or relevant certification (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Patience, compassion, and adaptability to meet individual student needs
• Ability to follow instructions and IEPs as directed by teachers or specialists
• Willingness to provide personal care, including assisting with toileting routines for a male student, as needed
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning objectives
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement programs and address student needs
• Assist with mobility, behavior management, and academic tasks as directed
• Provide personal care, including supporting hygiene and toileting needs for one male student
• Help foster an inclusive, safe, and positive classroom environment
• Document observations and communicate regularly with education professionals regarding student progress
• Maintain clear, respectful communication with students and staff alike
