Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or classroom support (preschool experience is a plus)
• Patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic about working with young children
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with daily routines, lessons, and activities in a preschool setting
• Provide individualized attention and support to students, including those with special or additional needs
• Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
• Support students’ social and emotional learning through kind guidance and encouragement
• Aid with classroom preparation, cleanup, and organization
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training as needed
