Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Experience working as a paraprofessional or in an educational setting is strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills for effectively supporting students and collaborating with educators
• Patience, flexibility, and a nurturing attitude towards children of varying abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional reliability
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is an advantage

Available Positions:

Preschool Paraprofessional

• Full-time schedule within a preschool classroom
• Support one student during the AM session and another student in the PM session
• Collaborate closely with teachers to foster developmental and learning goals

Middle School Paraprofessional

• Full-time placement within a middle school environment
• Provide individualized support to a student following a modified academic curriculum
• Assist in implementing accommodations and facilitate positive learning experiences

Key Responsibilities:

• Help students achieve academic and social milestones
• Encourage classroom participation and inclusion
• Monitor and assist with behavior and engagement
• Support daily classroom routines and activities
• Communicate progress and concerns with educators and support staff
