Paraprofessional Needed for 26/27

We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to join a supportive high school team. This position will provide 1:1 and/or small-group support to students with mild to moderate disabilities.

Position Details

• High school caseload
• Mild–moderate student population
• 1:1 and small-group support
• Assist students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Support classroom instruction and individualized student goals
• Collaborate with teachers and special education staff
• Help implement IEP accommodations and behavior support strategies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous school, special education, or paraprofessional experience preferred
• Experience working with students with disabilities is a plus
• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
