Desired Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role preferred
• Strong desire to work with children and adolescents in a classroom environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing classroom needs
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist teaching staff with daily classroom activities, preparation of materials, and student supervision
• Support student learning individually or in small groups
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all students
• Encourage positive behavior and engagement with lessons and activities
• Help monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
• Support students with diverse learning needs
