As a valued member of the classroom, you’ll provide hands-on assistance to both students and teachers during school hours, from 7:50 AM to 3:10 PM. Your compassion, patience, and commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment will help these early learners achieve important milestones.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Previous paraprofessional experience in a school setting is preferred
• Comfortable supporting students in grades K-2 and adapting to diverse learning needs
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with teachers and staff
• Basic understanding of instructional strategies for young children
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive communication

Key Responsibilities:

• Support student learning in small groups or one-on-one under teacher direction
• Encourage positive classroom behavior and promote a safe, supportive learning environment
• Assist with classroom activities, educational materials, and supervision throughout the school day
• Help with daily routines and transitions for young learners
• Provide encouragement and support for students’ academic, emotional, and social needs
