Key Qualifications:

• Prior experience working as a paraprofessional in a school environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in daily classroom operations
• Support students individually and in groups with classwork and activities
• Help foster a well-organized, inclusive, and productive classroom environment
• Collaborate with other paraprofessionals to address the diverse needs of students
• Monitor student engagement and contribute to maintaining a safe, positive learning atmosphere
